Cancellation Policies and Late Arrival


Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you.


If you need to cancel your Individual Service appointment, please call us at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not notify us 12 hours in advance we will not refund your deposit, if one was taken upon booking. This gives us limited time to re-book other clients and helps hold clients who are chronically late or do not show responsible.

No shows and late arrivals disrupt the technicians day more than we can say.

Late arrivals more than 5 minutes, we will automatically cancel your appointment and take other customers.
